Picnic on Saturday, July 5, from 3 to 10pm
Next Gathering: The annual PCFS Picnic 3:30 until 10 on July 5th at the home of Dan and Barb Rogers, 3832 Greenwood Drive in Rochester Hills. We had an excellent turnout last year, and a great time was had by all, thanks to air conditioning and enough room for everyone to mix and mingle!
We’ll start off with jamming both indoors and out. The grill will be lit about 4 pm and available for as long as needed for you to cook your own meat or other entrée. Bring your instruments, perhaps a lawn chair if you think you’ll want to be outdoors part of the time, your own meat or other entrée, and a dish to pass. Paint Creek provides all the utensils, soft drinks, and condiments. As a special treat, we’ll be serving root beer floats early evening, leading the way to some serious jamming for the rest of the evening.
To help ensure some variety at dinner, we’re asking you to bring a desert or after dinner treat if your last name starts with A through L or some type of snack, appetizer, or salad if your last name begins with M through Z. Of course, if you have a special dish that you’d like to bring, please do!
3832 Greenwood Drive is located just east of the intersection of Adams Road and South Boulevard in Rochester Hills, and Greenwood runs northbound off of South Boulevard. Look for the Pine Trace Village subdivision immediately west of the Pine Trace Golf Course, and we’re the 12th house on the left. The phone number is 248 853-1801.
